- Put it on the SLIDE
- Use a STAIN
- Put a COVER SLIP over it
- Put the slide on the STAGE

How do you focus the microscope?
A
- Go on the smallest OBJECTIVE lens
- Focus the COARSE focusing wheel until you can see shapes
- Focus more with the FINE focusing wheel
