How to set up a microscope ?
A
View slide - hold up to light
Place slide with label upwards
Turn light intensity down, switch on, use x4 objective, focus on specimen
Close diaphragm
Focus the condenser using black dial, look for sharp hexagon
Open diaphragm for complete field of view
Adjust condenser
