One hand on the arm, one hand on the base.

There are two knobs on the side of a microscope. What are they and what do they do?
A
Coarse adjustment knob - makes big adjustments to the lens in the microscope.
Fine adjustment knob - makes very little adjustments to the lens in the microscope.
