TEM and SEM (Electron Microscopes) and Light microscope
How is electron microscope effective?
The observer can see the specimen in fine detail along with a darker background in some cases. It uses electron beams to show the item.
Normally how do light microscope work, and are they needed to be cut in a certain way?
Light microscopes use light to shine through a specimen, it needs to be cut thinly for light to pass through. Moreover, light has a certain distance it can reach, it doesn’t extend forever.
