Why should a Bunsen be close when working with petri dishes?
Creates a heart current which makes a sterile environment.
Why do you think it’s necessary to flame the neck of the bottle?
Destroys microbes in the air or on the neck.
Why should you incubate the Petri dish upside down?
Condensation will fall on the lid
Why should you not incubate the Petri dishes above 37°C?
It is above body temperature therefore it will grow very well and be dangerous as it will create microbes that are harmful to the body.

When a disease spreads suddenly across a population.
