List barriers of skin and eyes that must be overcome for infections to establish
The two main layers of the skin are the epidermis and the dermis. They cover the third layer called the hypodermis.

lesion that resembles a cyst but with less defined boundary

fluid or pus filled bumps on the skin
Pyoderma
any suppurative (pus-producing) infection of the skin.
