the advantages of hiring technical show production team is that they have high quality equipment meaning they can provide high quality show, such as a high quality audio, and since they’re professionals they can also produce creative ideas such as designs and lighting effects. Plus whenever there are difficulties in the system they can fix it right away. the disadvantages is that they are expensive, and that they rely on external providers so that leads to the main team having less control

Design of the venue and event site- This should be surveyed by Safety and security team to identify possible hazards
stage and other structures- inspect structures that are built or installed in the event
special effects- if this is used work only with licensed and experienced providers

crowd control- event managers before the event should imagine how the crowd will behave at the event
transportation- work only with reputable transport companies, that maintains vehicle with good running conditions
sanitation facilities and waste management- top concern of attendees cleanliness is the key in maintaining event site a healthy environment
