how does it present
A
chest pain SOB WL Clubbing recurrent pleural effusions signs of metastases: lymphadenopathy, hepatomegaly, bone pain/tenderness, abdomen pain

How is it diagnosed?
A
CXR + CT - unilateral pleural effusion + pleural thickening
Blood/straw coloured pleural fluid
Pleural biopsy

What is the treatment?
A
Surgery if v localised
resistant to surgery, chemo/radio

What age does it usually occur
A
60-80
