Why do some people react differently to people with mental ilnesses?
A
- People can’t really understand what’s going on in another persons mind
- We can’t sympathetic with other patients, if we don’t have had this illnesses

Which factors might stop mentally ill people from asking for help?
A
- They feel isolated and misunderstood
- They feel helpless and don’t know what to do
- Maybe the people knows nothing about her illness
- The patient is scared about asking for help
- Embarassing about her mental health, shame for her illness

What does the doctor mean when he says that flu or migraine ist „harmless“?
A
- some patients will recover never ever, if he have an mental illness
- doctor can give a prescription against flu or migraine, but is a mental problem not diagnosed then it can’t be treated
- migraine and flu is a physical illness and you can feel and see this illness
- peolple with flu or migraine will get their proper treatment
- one in four patients who visits health service has at least one mental disorder
