A

- Poses a serious danger to the health and safety of that person or others.
- Seriously diminishes the capacity of that person to take care of himself or herself.

- Any members of the police may apprehend any person wandering at large in a public place.
- Behaving in a manner that gives reasonable belief that they are mentally disordered
- Believe it to be in the interest of the person and public to do so
