Possession

What is a MSSA weapon?
Military style semi automatic or firearm which after being loaded, fires, ejects and chambers another cartridge with each trigger pull. Must have one or more folding/telescopic butt, bayonet lugs, free standing pistol grip and magazine capable of holding more than 7 cartridges.
Section 40(1) of the Arms Act
Power to demand particulars. Everyone in possession of a FAPR shall on demand give their full name, address and DOB.
