A

Menorrhagia
Pressure on bladder and bowel
May be asymptomatic
Uterus may be enlarged and large fibroids may be palpable
Pelvic USS is done to determine size and location

A

Treat the menorrhagia
Sometimes surgical is done for submucosal fibroids
