When D’s conscious object is to engage in conduct or cause the result
Knowingly
With respect to nature of conduct
When D is aware that they are engaging in specific conduct, or aware that certain circumstances exist
With respect to result of conduct
When D knows that his conduct will necessarily or very likely cause that result
Willful blindness
Aware of a high probability that the circumstances exist +
Deliberately avoids learning the truth
Recklessly
D consciously disregards a substantial and unjustifiable risk
that circumstances exists or
that a prohibited result will follow
Gross deviation from the standard of care that a reasonable person would exercise in the situation
Negligently
D fails to be aware of a substantial and unjustifiable risk
Should have been aware
Substantial deviation from the standard of care that a reasonable person would exercise in the situation

Intent=purpose or oblique intent–knows the result/social harm is practically certain to occur.
