- Under 18/over 45
- OTC failure (3 cycles w/o improving)
- Renal failure
- PCOS
- Obesity
- Pregnant/BF
- Tamoxifen

Treatment
A
Tranexamic acid
- 18-45
- w 21-35 day regular menstrual cycle
- no more than 3 day individual variability
- Take two 500mg tablets TDS, max 4 days, if very heavy = QDS
- S/e: n+V, thromboembolic events
- CI: hypersensitivity, haematuria, renal failure

- Change towel every 6H
- Change tampon every 2H
