- Undiagnosed vaginal bleeding e.g. LMP 12 months ago but has started bleedingin the last few days

- Any oestrogen-sensitive cancer
- Untreated endometrial hyperplasia

Oestrogen patch
(as she already has progestogen in situ of the uterus)
