What is the treatment for menopause ?

A
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
Patch
Gel
PO
Oestrogen if no uterus 
Oestrogen and Progesterone if uterus present to prevent endometrial hyperplasia. 

Local vaginal oestrogen only:
Pessary/ring/cream

Hormone dependent cancer.
Active liver disease.
