ABORTED ENGINE START L, R

- FUEL CONTROL switch (affected side) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . CUTOFF
AIRSPEED UNRELIABLE
Condition: The airspeed or Mach indications disagree with AOA calculated airspeed.
Objective: To identify a reliable airspeed indication.

- Autopilot disconnect switch . Push
- A/T ARM switches (both) . . . . .OFF
- F/D switches (both) . . . . . . . . . OFF
- Set the following gear up pitch attitude and thrust:
Flaps extended . . . . 10° and 85% N1
Flaps up . . . . . . . . . . . 4° and 70% N1
CABIN ALTITUDE
Condition: Cabin altitude is excessive.

- Don the oxygen masks.
- Establish crew communications.
- Check the cabin altitude and rate.
- If the cabin altitude is uncontrollable:
PASS OXYGEN switch . . . . . . . Push to ON and hold for 1 second
Without delay, descend to the lowest safe altitude or 10,000 feet, whichever is higher.
To descend:
* Move the thrust levers to idle
* Extend the speedbrakes
* If structural integrity is in doubt,
limit airspeed and avoid high
manoeuvring loads
* Descend at Vmo/Mmo
DUAL ENG FAIL/STALL
Condition: Engine speed for both engines is below idle.

- FUEL CONTROL switches (both) . . CUTOFF, then RUN
- RAM AIR TURBINE switch . . . . . . . Push and hold for 1 second
ENG AUTOSTART L, R
Condition: Autostart did not start the engine.

- FUEL CONTROL switch (affected side) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Confirm . . . . . . . . CUTOFF
ENG LIMIT EXCEED L, R
Condition: An engine limit exceedance occurs.

Confirm . . . . . . . . . . . OFF
2 Thrust lever (affected side) . . . . . . . Confirm . . . . . .Retard until the ENG LIMIT EXCEED message blanks or
the thrust lever is at idle
ENG SURGE L, R
Condition: An engine surge or stall that requires crew action is detected.

- A/T ARM switch (affected side) . . . Confirm. . . . . . . . . . OFF
- Thrust lever (affected side) . . . . . . Confirm . . . . . .Retard until the ENG SURGE message blanks or the thrust lever is at idle
Eng Svr Damage/Sep L, R
Condition:
One or more of these occur:
* Airframe vibrations with abnormal engine indications
* Engine separation

Evacuation (Captain)
Condition: An evacuation is needed.

- Advise the cabin to evacuate.
- EVAC COMMAND switch. . . . . . . . . ON
Evacuation (First Officer)
Condition: An evacuation is needed.

- OUTFLOW VALVE switches (both) . MAN
- OUTFLOW VALVE MANUAL switches (both) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Move to OPEN until the outflow valve indications show at the 12 o’clock position to depressurize the airplane.
- Advise ATC.
- Engine fire switches (both) . . . . . . Pull
- APU fire switch . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Override and pull
- If an engine or APU fire is observed or indicated:
Related fire switch . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Rotate to the stop and hold for 1 second
FD DOOR AUTO UNLOCK
Condition: The correct emergency access code is entered.

- FD DOOR ACCESS selector . . . . . Rotate to DENY and hold for 1 second.
FIRE APU
Condition: Fire is detected in the APU.

- APU fire switch . . . . . . . . . . . Confirm . . . . . . Pull, rotate to the stop and hold for 1 second.
- Choose one:
FIRE APU message stays shown:
Plan to land at the nearest Available
