If FD bars not displayed 17.5 initial attitude then if necessary to prevent alt loss increase pitch
Do not change config until out of windshear
Closely monitor flight path and speed
Smoothly recover to normal climb out of windshear

As usual, the slat/flap config can be changed, provided the windshear is not entered.
