Relevant FIRE HANDLE - Rotate fully to EXT 2
Check ENG EXT #2 USED annunciator lit

Land as soon as possible

On ground, if ENG FIRE remains lit and fire is confirmed: If possible, keep the aircraft facing into wind
EVACUATE

Cabin Crew and Passengers - Warn

If time permits, attempt to relight:

START SELECT - Any rotating engine

FLT START - ON

Relevant Thrust Lever - IDLE

Repeat for remaining engines

Glide Gradient;
Clean 2.5 nm per 1,000 ft, Gear down 1 nm per 1000 ft

Flaps and Stall Protection;
At Emergency power Level:
Flaps inoperative.
Flaps indicator inoperative.
Stick shake and push inoperative.

Gear;
Up if landing on water.
Down if landing on land.
At Emergency Power Level, pull and latch the EMERG GEAR DOWN lever.
With APU running, the normal selector should function.

There is only one ENG OVSPD caption. The caption illuminates if any engine has shutdown because an over-speed has been detected.
Using the engine indicators, positively confirm which engine has shutdown.

Excessive Engine Vibration (memory info)

A

There is only one ENG VIBN caption.
It illuminates if the vibration on any engine exceeds 1.2 units.
Using the vibration level indicators, positively confirm which engine is affected.
Prolonged operation in icing conditions can result in ice accretion on the fan and engine vibrations. crews should be aware that high engine vibrations may be caused by ice on the blades, especially if more than one engine is affected.
