A
  • Announce “Loss of braking”
  • Set FULL REV
  • Release brakes
  • A-Skid Off (PM)
  • Press brakes
  • If still no braking set Parkbrake ON

Emergency Descent

A
  • Put Oxy Mask
  • Announce “Emergency Descent”

PF
- ALT turn pull
- HDG turn pull
- SPD pull
- FMA
- Thrust Idle (if A/THR Off)
- Full SPD BRK (if no damage)

PM
- Signs On
- Monitor PF

Stall recovery

A
  • Announce “Stall I have control”
  • PITCH : reduce
  • ROLL : wings level
  • POWER : reduce if not enough pitch down authority
    (when out of stall)
  • STABILIZE :
    = Increase thrust smoothly
    = Check SPD BRK retracted
    = Recover flightpath
    = If clean and blw FL200 - Flaps 1

  • Set TOGA
  • Pitch 12.5
  • Wings level

A
  • Announce “Unreliable airspeed”
  • AP Off
  • FD Off
  • A/THR Off
  • Set TOGA (below thr red alt)
    MCT (after thr red alt if you have a drt clmb)
    CLB (no derate)
  • Pitch 12.5 (<10000ft)
    10.0 (10000-FL250)
    5.0 (>FL250)
  • (if Flaps Full) Set Flaps 3
  • Maintain configuration
  • Check SPD BRK retracted

Night or IMC
- Announce “Pull Up TOGA”
- AP Off
- Full backstick and keep
- TOGA
- SPD BRK check retracted
- Wings level or adjust
- Maintain configuration

Day or VMC AND terrain and obstacles in sight
- Adjust flight path

  • Check and announce “TCAS” on FMA
  • Follow FD orders (or monitor if AP is on)
  • Check V/S is in the green (if not take over IMMEDIATELY)
  • If any “CLIMB” alert during final app: Consider Goaround
  • Respect Stall, EGPWS, WS warnings
  • Notify ATC

Basic TCAS Procedure

A
  • AP Off
  • FD Off
  • Adjust or keep V/S in the green
  • Respect Stall, EGPWS, WS warnings
  • Notify ATC
  • If any “CLIMB” alert during final app: Go-Around!

Reactive Windshear

A

Before V1 (no display, check speed variations)
- RTO

After V1
- Announce “Windshear TOGA”
- TOGA
- At Vr rotate normally
- Follow SRS (or 12.5 initially)

Airborne
- Announce “Windshear TOGA”
- TOGA
- Keep AP On
- Follow SRS (if available)
- Maintain configuration (except SPD BRK)
