DC GEN 2 - Reset
If one GEN recovered:
- DC GEN 1(2) FAULT procedure
If no GEN recovered:
- HYD GREEN PUMP - OFF
- TRU - ON
If no TRU arrow light:
- Max IMC Time 30 mins
- TRU off
- Land ASAP
Smoke or fumes
If smoke or fumes in cockpit:
- Crew OXY mask - Don
- Crew OXY mask - 100% or EMER
- Goggles - Don
- Crew Comms - Establish
- Recirc fans 1+2 - off
- AP - on
Land ASAP
Pitch control jam at takeoff or landing
MAX IAS - 180kts
Control column - uncouple
Free control column - identify
PF - free control column side
Engine fire or severe mechanical damage in flight
PL (affected eng) - FI
CL (affected eng) - FTR then FSO
Fire Handle (affected eng) - Pull
If fire persists after 10s
- Agent 1 (affected Eng) - discharge
If fire persists 30s after agent 1 Discharge
- Agent 2 (affected Eng) - discharge
Engine fire or severe mechanical damage on ground
Aircraft - stop
Brake handle - parking
CL 1+2 - FTR then FSO
Fire handle (affected Eng) - Pull
If fire persists:
Agent 1 (affected Eng) - discharge
If fire persists 30s after agent 1 discharge:
- Agent 2 (affected Eng) - discharge
Engine 1+2 flameout
PF - capt
PL 1+2 - FI
If NH drops below 30%
CL 1+2 - FTR then FSO
Optimum speed - VMHB
Emergency descent
Crew OXY mask - as req
Crew comms - as req
Goggles - as req
Descent - initiate
PL 1+2 - FI
CL 1+2 - 100% OVRD
RNP LNAV GUIDANCE DISAGREE
Both lateral deviations - compare
During approach:
Go around - perform
Severe icing
IAS: icing bug + 30kts (or icing bug if flaps 15 extended
PWR MGT - MCT
PL 1+2 - adjust
CL 1+2 - 100% OVRD
Stall
Control column - push
Eng power - increase
If flaps 0
Flaps - extend to 15°
Bank - wings level
Unreliable airspeed indication
AP/YD - Off
FD - STBY
PITCH - maintain
TQ - Maintain
If takeoff or GA below 1500ft
Pitch - 8° immediately
Icing conditions - escape
Volcanic ash conditions - escape
PEC 1(2) Fault
If on short final approach (below 400ft RA)
- Go Around
Engine 1(2) flameout in flight
PL (affected engine) - FI
If NH drops below 30% (no immediate relight)
- CL (affected engine) - FTR then FSO
LO Pitch in flight
PL (affected Eng) - FI
CL (affected Eng) - FTR then FSO
Abnormal parameters during start
If ITT tends to exceed 900°C, or no ITT, or no NH
- CL (affected Eng) - FSO
- Eng start selector - Off & Start Abort
