A

-Abdominal pain and melena (due to mesentric vessels)
-Hypertension (due to renal artery)
-Neurological disturbance
-SKIN LESIONS

How do you diagnose PAN?

A

-Transmural inflammation (PAN=Pancyto=all)
-lesions of various stages (fibrinoid necrosis, healed woth fibrosis)
- STRING OF PEARL appearance (PAN SOP)
-Hepatitis B surface antigen (PAN’s BAG)

CRASH and burn:-
Conjunctivitis
Rash on skin
Adenopathy cervical
Strawberry tongue
Hands and feet changes (pain fever erythema)
Burn to remember its an inflammation
