it is the focusing of beating as you focus on your beaten going and and out of your nose . this may be aided by consulting the breath in your mind this can be done by voting with 10 and then moving backwards to 9 8 7 etc

you keep your eyes open and face a plain wall about accepting whatever is given in the present moment
