GTN: 300–600 micrograms sublingually; Aspirin: 300mg stat, then 75mg once daily; Clopidogrel: 300mg loading dose, then 75mg once daily; Ticagrelor: 180mg loading dose, then 90mg twice daily; Beta-blockers: 2.5–10mg once daily; Statin: Atorvastatin 80mg once daily.
