General hypoxemia- titrate to 90-95%

Pre oxygenations for advanced airway placement- 100%

Acute coronary syndrome- do not delivery unless less than 85% , titrate to 90-95%

Carbon Monoxide poisoning- High flow

Near drowning- High flow

Post delivery targets

2 min 65-70%
3 min 70-75%
4 min 74-80%
5 min 80-85%
10 min 85-95%

Salbutamol Dose

A

Less than 20 kg- 1 puff every 30-60 secs to a max of 15 puffs

Equal or greater than 20 kg- 1 puff every 30–60 secs to a max of 30 puffs

Or Nebulized

Less than 20 kg- 2.5 mg prn to a max of 7.5 mg

Equal or greater than 20 kg- 5 mg to a max of 15 mg
