induces mydriasis (dialates pupil)
dilates for 7-10 days always wash hands because it can dilate your pupils
used commonly:
sometimes prescribed for corneal ulcers as it helps to alleviate pain

induces mydriasis (dilates pupil - only lasts 4 hours)
used commonly
ocular examination such as OFA (CERF/ECE)
Never dialate a patient with glaucoma
