A

Neck - ventral to ligamentum nuchae, dorsal to lateral process of cervical vert, leading edge of shoulder (triangle) **limited volume 10-15cc
or
hind end (semimem semi tendinosis) below tuber ischia, above gastroc, outside thigh
**
volume limit 15-20cc but you can have two sites in the same limb
