What happens in Phase 0 of a clinical trial?
small group of volunteers, used to assess pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics
What happens in Phase 1 of a clinical trial?
Testing of drug on healthy volunteers to find appropriate dosing
What happens in Phase 2 of a clinical trial?
Testing of drug on large group of patients to assess efficacy and safety
What happens in Phase 3 of a clinical trial?

what does it mean if confidence interval includes 1?
finding is not significant
what is a cohort study

Data of exposure to a risk factor is recorded retrospectively for each of the participants and then compared between cases and controls.
