1 APPT antibiotic
Amox 2 grams
If multiple dental appointments: 2nd APPT
Macrolide (clarithromycin OR azithromycin ) 500 MG
3RD APPT
Cleocin 600MG
4th APPT If multiple dental appointments
AMOX or cephalexin or cefadroxil 2g
5th Appt If multiple dental appointments in adult client at risk for infective endocarditis
