S/S hyperglycaemia
A
- BGL >11
- Confusion
- Polyuria
- Dehydration
- Polydipsia
- Kussmaul’s breathing
- Hx of diabetes

Anaphylaxis S/S
A
R - respiratory distress, SOB, wheeze, cough, stridor
A - pain, cramping, N/V/D (particularly common in insect bites and systemically administered allergens (IV)).
S - hives, wells, itching, angioedema (lips, tongue)
H - hypotension SBP <90

Meningococcal Septicaemia S/S
A
- Purpuric rash
Septicaemia signs
- Fever, rigours, joint and muscle pain
- Cold hands and feet
- Tachycardia and hypotension
- Tachypnoea
Meningeal signs
- Headache, photophobia, neck stiffness
- N+V
- Altered conscious state
