New Media definiton
It is a form of communication that utilises digital technology, particularly the internet, to distribute and interact with content. New media includes blogs, podcasts and streaming services.
Difference between traditional and new media
Traditional Media is limited to no interaction and the access to these medias are scheduled at a specific time (e.g 7pm TV program) whereas New media has high interactivity and the public can access this media anywhere at anytime with internet access

Echo Chamber definition
It’s an environment where a person only encounters information or opinions that reflect and reinforce their own.
Filter Bubble definition
A situation where an algorithm selectively guesses what information a user would like to see based on their past behaviour.
Difference between Echo Chambers and Filter Bubbles
A Filter Bubble is created by the algorithm that limits the information shown to the user WHEREAS an Echo Chamber is formed by the users social interactions that reinforce there existing viewers BUT both contribute to a narrow view of the world.
