A

The media provide a lot of support for pressure groups.
They have a large amount of people reading/seeing/hearing media content.
They can bring public opinion to the attention of the government.

A

The media is bias.
The often publish views that will sell instead of those which are supported by the majority.
They can cause moral panic which make laws get passed faster leading to badly made laws.
