A

Distal small bowel obstruction
Bilious vomiting
Abdominal distention
No passage of meconium

A

(Abdominal x-ray with contrast agent) Dilated small bowel loops, ‘soap bubble effect’

(Enema with a contrast agent)

(Surgery) Complex cases involving volvulus or perforation
