A

No mechanical system regulated by this code shall be installed, altered, repaired, replaced, or remodelled unless a separate mechanical permit for each separate building or structure has first been obtained and except as permitted in Section 111.1.

Applicants for permits shall have been licensed as contractor by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) of the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP) and shall have duly complied with the requirements Republic Act (R.A) 4566 or known as the Contractors License Law
