A

Raw beef tenderloin (chef wraps it with fresh herbs, freezes it and slices it on the slicer super thin) that’s garnished with fiery fresh horseradish, arugula greens dressed with olive oil & lemon, shaved parmesan, and drizzled with balsamic honey and served with grilled baguette.
