3 differences between MDGs and SDGs
- MDGs has 8 goals and SDGs has 17 goals
- MDGs focused mainly on developing countries/ LEDCs, and SDGs apply to all countries, both LEDCs and MEDCs
- MDGs mainly focused on poverty, health and education, and SDGs cover a broader range including climate change and economic growth

Reason: One of the top 20 countries with the largest number of people unable to access clean fuels and technology

Goal 6: Clean water
Project: Increasing access to clean water to decrease infection and disease
Reason: 90% Liberia has limited access to clean drinking water.
What difference could MEDC and LEDC create in terms of wellbeing.
MEDC, we assume will be globally connected, educated, fed, clothed and medicated each day, while many people in LEDCs do not have access to all of these basic human needs.
