A

EFFECT: can’t remarry BUT support and legal separation, not liable for each others’ debts
GROUNDS:
1. cruelty of treatment to party or minor child
2. excessively vicious conduct (not just shove)
3. desertion: a. actual: leave w. intent to abandon b. constructive: misconduct impossible to stay w/o loss health/self-esteem OR fear of injury to justify
