Scientists are like detectives because both have the attitudes of a scientist and use the scientific method. Honesty is important to be true to the data/results. Curiosity- leads to new questions and hypotheses. Skepticism- allows on to question results and re-think the hypothesis. Open-mindness allows them to think outside the box and search for other answers. Creativity allows them to think of new ways to develop equipment and to see possibilities for new discoveries.
