A mayday is defined/declares for what 3 circumstances?

1) Air limitations of interior working crews
2) Possibility of interior crews lacking the tools required
3) Fire control efforts required to maintain interior ability
When deploying on-deck crews as a RIT, they must: (3)
- Properly EQUIPPED themselves (to include RIT bag)
- Have a rescue PLAN
- Be ORDERED into the hazard zone by the IC or DGS
