A

Twist and pull out the ring pin to break the plastic seal.
Hold upright with hand under handle and thumb on top of lever.

Spray in a sweeping side to side motion (open fires)

A
It is a slow escape of pressure which may or may not be apparent to crew or passengers. It may occur due to a failed pressurization system, a cracked window or door seal.

The fever scan can be used to measure the casualtys temperature.
Ensure the forehead is dry before pressing the feverscan against it
The colour bar will indicate the temperature after fifteen second the thermometer can be used multiple times and reused on other pax
It should be washed with soap and water or wiped with an alcohol swab in between passengers

Ow use two fingers (never the thumb) to check the brachial pulse at the baby's inner upper arm

Always wash hands with soap and water if visibly soiled and befor and after treating a casualty. Alcohol rubs/sanitizers do not replace hand washing but should always be used after wearing gloves.
Always cover any cut or broken skin you may have with waterproof dressings.

Hand over to the purser.

Gloves - should be worn when handling body substances. This will prevent direct contact and contamination.
Goggles - worn to prevent infections from splashes of body fluids such as blood or saliva.
Masks - prevent contraction of infectious viruses through the air. They protect the wearer from inhaling droplets which are transmitted by close contact and usually travel a short distance (up to three feet)
