When there is a zero and its number:
y= mx + c

When there isnt a zero
you pick the smallest pair 1,5 1=x 5=y
look at how much each pair pluses or minuses by and take the bottom number (+4) and times it by the top number (+1)

5= 4 times 1 + c
5= 4 + c
1= c

y = mx + c
y = 4x + 1
