Q
Why are angles important to our eyes?
A
- as it is possible to have objects of different physical sizes , presented at different distances and yet appear to be the same size when you look at them
- Letters presented at different distances can produce the same image height on the retina
- angles needed to know physical height the object appears to be.
- can change the angle it subtends to our eyes to view physical height of object differently for e.g. on the letter chart, the bigger the letter the larger the angle.
