What is Section 16 used for? Why?
Section 16 is set aside for school purposes and is called the “school section”.
Because it more in the middle so it is fair.
What is Section 1 used for?
Section 1 is always the northeast corner section

The 4 Parts are:

Southwest quarter of the Northeast Quarter
SouthEast quarter of the Northeast Quarter
So:

and so on
