Q

“INVERTER
FAIL
1 2”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE NO. 1 OR 2 INVERTER HAS FAILED. THE FAILURE OF EITHER INVERTER ALSO TRIGGERS THE “AC FAIL” LIGHT WHICH TRIGGERS THE MASTER WARNING. RESETTING THE MASTER WARNING LIGHT WILL EXTINGUISH THE “AC FAIL” ANNUNCIATION UNLESS BOTH INVERTER FAIL LIGHTS ARE ILLUMINATED.

16
Q

“FUEL
BOOST ON
LH RH”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT POWER HAS BEEN APPLIED TO THE LEFT AND/OR RIGHT FUEL BOOST PUMP.

17
Q

“HYD LOW

LEVEL”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE FLUID IN THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR IS LOW

18
Q

“HYD

PRESS ON”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM IS PRESSURIZED

19
Q

“P/S HTR
OFF
LH RH”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE PITOT SWITCH IS OFF, OR IF THE SWITCH IS ON, THAT POWER HAS BEEN LOST TO THE PITOT TUBE HEATER OR ONE OR BOTH STATIC PORT HEATERS IN THAT SYSTEM.

20
Q

“WING

ICE FAIL”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT TKS PRESSURE HAS BEEN LOST TO ONE OR BOTH OF THE WING PROPORTIONER UNITS.

21
Q

“TAIL

ICE FAIL”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT TKS PRESSURE HAS BEEN LOST TO ONE OR MORE OF THE FOUR HORIZONTAL STABILIZER PANELS.

22
Q

“SPEED
BRAKE
EXTEND”

A

WHITE: ADVISES THAT THE LEFT AND RIGHT SPEED BRAKES ARE FULLY EXTENDED.

23
Q

“AIR DUCT

O’HEAT”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE TEMPERATURE IN THE DUCT PAST THE ACM LEADING TO THE CABIN EXCEEDS SAFE LIMITS.

24
Q

“ACM

O’PRESS”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE PRIMARY PRESSURE SWITCH HAS FAILED AND THE SECONDARY SWITCH HAS ACTIVATED.

25
Q

“ANTISKID

INOP”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE ANTISKID SYSTEM IS INOPERATIVE OR THE CONTROL SWITCH IS IN THE OFF POSITION.

26
Q

“DOOR NOT

LOCKED”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE MAIN CABIN, TAILCONE COMPARTMENT, OR EITHER NOSE BAGGAGE DOOR IS NOT LOCKED.

27
Q

“F/W
SHUT OFF
LH RH”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE LEFT OR RIGHT FUEL AND HYDRAULIC VALVES ARE BOTH FULLY CLOSED.

28
Q

“ICING

DETECTED”

A

AMBER: INDICATES THAT THE ICE DETECTION PROBE SENSES AN ICE BUILDUP. IT WILL REMAIN ILLUMINATED FOR APPROXIMATELY ONE MINUTE AFTER DEPARTING ICING CONDITIONS.

29
Q

“W/S AIR

O’HEAT”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE BLEED AIR TO THE WINDSHIELD EXCEEDS SAFE TEMPERATURE LIMITS WITH THE CONTROL SWITCH IN HI OR LOW. WITH THE SWITCH IN OFF, IT TRIGGERED BY A PRESSURE SWITCH WHICH INDICATES THAT THE CONTROL VALVE IS LEAKING.

30
Q

“AOA HTR

FAIL”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT THE HEATING ELEMENT IN THE PROBE IS INOPERATIVE, OR THE PITOT HEAT SWITCH IS OFF.

31
Q

“ICE FLD

LOW”

A

AMBER: ADVISES THAT WHEN ILLUMINATION FIRST OCCURS THERE IS ONLY 15 TO 20 MINUTES OF OPERATION REMAINING WITH THE ENGINE ANTI-ICE SWITCHES IN HI AND THE SURFACE SWITCH IN ALL.

32
Q

“ICE FLD

SYS ON”

A

GREEN: ADVISES THAT THE ENGINE ANTI-ICE SWITCHES ARE IN LOW OR HI AND THE SURFACE SWITCH IS IN ALL OR ENG.
