Close parallels made in schools and in the workplace- e.g., hierarchy in authority in schools- Headteacher and in the workplace it is the CEO
Hidden curriculum
Implicitly taught in school that mirrors the workplace values and skills- e.g., punctuality, turning in assignments when due, being respectful etc
Ideological State Apparatus
Controls people’s ideas through ideology.
