- viv arranged it
- got me an interview with bobby (manager) and they gave me job
- viv took me under wing and showed me ropes
- really committed, example to rest of us
In what ways is viv an example
- goes out of her way for residents
- does things for them that aren’t part of job
What does viv do for residents that aren’t part of job
- sometimes helps with shopping
- more importantly just stays and chats with them when finished
- some residents get lonely, she doesn’t like that so does what she can to help
Any residents in particular
Spends a lot of time with drew standard
- his/her family live long way off so don’t visit often
- definitely done a few shops for him
How does drey arrange to pay when viv does shopping for him
- gives bank card and viv uses that
- drew sometimes offers to pay for petrol with it, for trip
- viv doesn’t like to accept but drew can be insistent- ‘not a charity case’

Great bake festival in capital city with viv

Went down Thursday night
Both arranged rotas so we could go down together, both baking fans
