I feel like a good, noteworthy wife that Luke is proud of. God brings him joy and peace through the environment we create together.
I have peace within me and peace around me.
Luke and I are united in vision.
Luke and I understand each other’s needs and respond accordingly in love. We have excellent communication by God’s grace.
Our house is filled with grace. Grace that comes from the grace we are given.
We encourage and respect each other. We only speak what is positive and holy and pleasing to God to each other. We never criticize, condemn, or complain about each other. Rather, we release hurt quickly, forgive, use wisdom, and wait patiently for the right time to address needs.
I have a positive perspective of Luke. I forget his mistakes and recall only the good in him. I don’t remember his past; only look ahead to our future.
I have a mentor named Renee who guides me in my marriage. I am accountable to her about my growth.
I have disciplined words and thoughts regarding my spouse.
My guard is down around Luke. I trust him completely with all tasks. I do not remember or point out his failures. I remind him of his strengths and allow him the room to operate in them. I am a pressure-release valve.
I am committed to a personal growth plan for my marriage to be a better wife, lover, friend, and partner.
We have a God-centered marriage. We are a three-strand braided cord together with Him.
Luke and I pray together in all things consistently and fervently.
I have patience with Luke. There is no limit to it. Nothing ruffles my feathers about my husband. He is God’s work and I trust in His word for Luke. I hold myself accountable for my part and leave the rest to God.
