How to prove that flow you found is max flow (markschme definition)

Well now you did it using a cut, they also want you to do it

• just say as there is a flow of 230, thr min cut must be 230 or less
• as we found a cut of 230 (say the cut) that means it’s the min cut, and so by min cut max flow theory this is the max flow
