Rejected takeoff
(I will - You will)
Captain
In the event of an abnormality prior to V1 I will call Continue or Reject. If the decision is to reject I will:
Retard the thrust levers to close
Disengage the Autothrottle
Observe or apply maximum braking
Raise the speed break lever UP
Select maximum reverse thrust consistent with the conditions

I will monitor your actions and call:
“Speed brakes up” or “No speed brakes”
“Reverse Green” or “No reverse # 1or 2 as appropriate
“60” and advise ATC

I will maintain maximum braking and maximum reverse thrust until stopped if required

Ensure adequate thrust set on operating engine by calling “Disengage Autothrottle” “Set Max Continuous Thrust”
Adjust trim as required

Set engine out airspeed on MCP

Allow airspeed to slow to engine out airspeed then select LVL CHG

TCAS RA
Disengage Autopilot and Autothrottle
Smoothly adjust pitch and thrust to satisfy the RA command.
Follow planned lateral flight path unless visual contact with the conflicting traffic requires other actions
Attempt to establish visual contact. Call out any conflicting traffic
TCAS RA in landing configuration

Disengage autopilot and Autothrottle
Advance thrust levers forward to ensure maximum thrust is attained and call for Flaps 15. Smoothly adjust pitch to satisfy the RA. Follow planned lateral flight path unless visual contact with the conflicting traffic requires other actions

Verify positive rate of climb call “Positive Rate”

Verify a positive rate call “Gear Up”

Aggressively apply maximum thrust
Roll wings level rotate to 20* pitch up
Retract speed brakes
If terrain threat persists continue rotation to pitch limit indicator or stick shaker
Do not change gear or flap settings until terrain separation is assured
Monitor radio altimeter for sustained or increasing terrain separation
When clear of terrain decrease pitch and accelerate

Verify PF actions call out omissions
Monitor vertical speed and altitude
Call out trends towards contact
Rapid depressurization and emergency descent

In the event of a rapid depressurization, I will assume control, ensure the auto pilot is engaged and call “rapid depression drill” I will dawn my oxygen mask and call “captain on oxygen”

I will dawn my oxygen mask and call “First officer on Oxygen”

I will select fasten seatbelts on
I will PA “ attention, flight, attendants, secure the cabin passengers, take your seats”

I will select the pressurization mode selector to man select the outflow valve switch to close until indications show fully closed
I will check the cabin, altitude and rate and call “ cabin” or ”cabin uncontrollable”

if the cabin is uncontrollable, I will call “emergency descent”
And set the lowest safe altitude or 10,000 feet whichever is higher
Initiate a turn if required
Select level change
Ensure the thrust levers are closed
Extend the speed break
Set VMO/MMO in the speed window
