  4. Airspeed - 105-110 KIAS

Enter 360 Turn:

  1. Bank Angle 50 (+/- 5)
  2. Power Levers - INCREASE 10%
  3. Elevator - BACK PRESSURE TO MAINTAIN ALT
  4. Rudder - Coordinated
  5. Roll out of turn - POWER AS NEEDED

Repeat Maneuver in Opposite Direction
10. Clean Up Checklist - PERFORM

  6. APP Flaps - RETRACT

Power-On Stall (Departure Stalls)

Perform Stall

  1. Throttles - 65-100% LOAD
  2. Pitch - SLOWLY PITCHING UP (~20 DEGREES)
  3. Rudder - COORDINATED
  4. Directional Control - MAINTAIN
  5. Stall Horn - ANNOUNCE “STALL WARNING”
  6. Stall Buffet - ANNOUNCE “STALLING”

Recovery

  1. Pitch - REDUCE TO 3 DEGREES NOSE HIGH
  2. Power Levers - FULL FORWARD
  3. Gear and Flaps - VERIFY UP
  4. Rudder - COORDINATED
  5. Airspeed - ACCELERATE TO BLUE LINE (82 KTS)
  6. Clean Up Checklist - PERFORM

Power-Off Stalls

A

  9. Stalling Altitude - ANNOUNCE

Within 100ft of stalling altitude:

  1. Power Levers - IDLE
  2. Altitude - MAINTAIN WITH PITCH
  3. Pitch - HOLD UNTIL STALL
  4. Directional Control - MAINTAIN
  5. Stall Horn - ANNOUNCE “STALL WARNING”
  6. Stall Buffet - ANNOUNCE “STALLING”

Recovery:

  1. Pitch - REDUCE TO 3 DEGREES NOSE UP
  2. Power Levers - FULL FORWARD
  3. LDG Flaps - RETRACT
  4. Gear - RETRACT WITH POSITIVE TREND
  5. Rudder - COORDINATED
  6. Airspeed - ACCELERATE TO Vy (77 or 79 KTS)
  7. APP Flaps - RETRACT
  8. Clean Up Checklist - PERFORM

Vmc Demo

A
  1. Altitude - AT LEAST 4000 AGL
  2. Maneuvers Checklist - COMPLETE
  3. Power Levers - 25% LOAD
  4. Altitude - MAINTAIN
  5. Critical Engine (Left) - IDLE AT 100KTS
  6. Right Engine - FULL AT 90 KTS

Slow the aircraft at a rate of 1 kt per second until one of the following occurs:

a. Loss of directional control
b. Any indication of a stall
c. Full rudder deflection

Recovery:

  1. Right Engine - IDLE
  2. Pitch - REDUCE
  3. Airspeed - ACCELERATE ABOVE RED LINE
  4. Right power lever - SMOOTHLY ADVANCE TO FULL
  5. Airspeed - BLUE LINE 82 KTS (+/- 5KTS)
  6. Heading - MAINTAIN ENTRY HDG +/- 20
  7. MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND AIRSPEED
  8. Gear and Flaps - VERIFY UP
