Slow the aircraft at a rate of 1 kt per second until one of the following occurs:
a. Loss of directional control
b. Any indication of a stall
c. Full rudder deflection
Recovery:
- Right Engine - IDLE
- Pitch - REDUCE
- Airspeed - ACCELERATE ABOVE RED LINE
- Right power lever - SMOOTHLY ADVANCE TO FULL
- Airspeed - BLUE LINE 82 KTS (+/- 5KTS)
- Heading - MAINTAIN ENTRY HDG +/- 20
- MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND AIRSPEED
- Gear and Flaps - VERIFY UP
